Patria Rivera at St. Lawrence Market North in Toronto

On Thursday, April 3, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Rivera will participate in “A Feast of Authors,” a banquet for book lovers. Close to 90 authors, primarily members of the Writers’ Union of Canada and the League of Canadian Poets, will sell and sign their books, meet readers and offer readings and interviews. Among those participating will be Heather Birrell, Derek Finkle, Janice Kulyk Keefer, and Joy Kogawa. The feast will be held at St. Lawrence Market North, northwest corner of Front and Jarvis, 92 Front St. East, Toronto. Admission: Free.
