Welcome to the Biography Supplement to the e-book, In Silhouette: Profiles of Alberta Writers. This e-book is a huge success. The writing community in Alberta is large and diverse and very active. There are 31 profiles included in the e-book and there are plans to add more.
It takes a considerable length of time to get the profiles completed and posted. This Biography Supplement is our way of providing information on authors more quickly. This information has been provided by the authors themselves.
The plan is to write complete profiles on each of the people in this Supplement as time and resources permit. As each profile is completed the information will be posted in the e-book.
As with the e-book, to be included in this Supplement it is is necessary to have at least one book published by a recognized publisher or one play produced by a professional theatre group.
The information in this Supplement is provided free of charge under the following conditions:
- the information contained within may not be altered in any fashion
- that Bob Stallworthy and Frontenac House must be acknowledged
- that the author and publisher cannot be held responsible for the misuse or misrepresentation of this information
